- Today was a very surprising day at work. I came at around 1330 and when I opened the door, I saw the AM shift talking to a Korean woman. Geo was already there, so she introduced me to the woman, who happens to be Jane, the CDI officer who oversees Chris and Peggy. If my memory serves me right, she was also the one who gave me my final interview over the phone. At first glance she looks just like a typical 24-year old Korean girl but wait until you hear her speak. Then again, what would you expect from a high-ranking officer from the HQ, right? Anyway, I came during their wrap-up so I missed sharing my opinions with her. Pero I sort of eavesdropped on them talking about the problems that the account has been having. She said she'll do her best to help out since that's one of the reasons she is here after all. So the PM shift started, and not surprisingly, we didn't have calls for today. Nung pagbalik ko, nagpatawag ng meeting si Jane, binigay nila yung sulat, and we all went outside to have the conversation in private. Kawalanghiyaan talaga. Tapos pati yung isyu sa kinikita namin na may bawas, e samantalang nagbibigay pala sila sa HQ ng pera on time palagi at wala namang taxes to pay for us in this case. Even if there was, it couldn't possibly be that big. Kita ko rin naman ang pagkabigla ni Jane nung narinig nya yung mga reports namin, and her amazement was mixed with irritation due to the fact that we're being maltreated in this office. And it seems that Jane's going to act like a Korean Ben Tulfo on this issue.
Ginising ako ni Rikki-chan around 7 ata, then we decided to stay in bed until my phone alarm went off. I knew it was going to be a busy day so I just made her sleep sa kabila, I played Harmony of Dissonance for an hour, cuddled Sean in between game breaks, then went in and out of the flat and the other house, packing and moving stuff, in preparation for the departure. Unfortunately, the little man hasn't arrived yet sa flat. I don't know what his motives are, but not taking care of something you're partly responsible for is something I don't really like. Considering that he's the original spark of this plan, he should be the one at the helm, something that he's not doing at the moment. I hope he shows his butt tonight or tomorrow before he actually pisses me off.
- Speaking of Harmony of Dissonance, nakausad na rin ako sa wakas kanina. I found a way leading to the chapel sa Castle B. Medyo naninibago pa rin ako but I am very excited to continue my quest bukas and get all the important items and kick Dracula's ass once again. I'll finish this without FAQs muna, figure out what I missed, and play those parts before playing as Maxim and the 8-bit Simon. Hehe.
- A funny thing happened after we had lunch outside kanina. Nung pagbalik ko sa desk ko, I found a little Milky Way bar on my table. Of course I was like, “who in heaven's name would offer me a candy bar?”. Everyone had their guesses. Why would she give someone like me a Milky Way bar? I think it's a thing they call “gratitude”. I noticed that she was having chills all day and I heard her say a couple of times that she needed a jacket to keep her warm. Of course, being the generally-kind guy that I am (as opposed to the Randy Orton-ish image I have here with the FABs), I offered her my jacket, which, thankfully, didn't smell of sweat (thanks to dad-in-law's Hugo Boss, LOL). I guess in life, in the simplest of situations, people really do get what they deserve.
- I can't wait to see the unexplored parts of the castle tomorrow, and to find out the results of Jane's crusade for CDI. All for now, class dismissed.~
